Emergencies
CrimeHalo cannot contact the police for you. In an emergency, call 911. To report a crime, contact your local police department directly.
Corrections
If CrimeHalo has presented something incorrectly, tell us which incident it is and what is wrong. If the official record itself is wrong, the correction has to come from the publishing agency — CrimeHalo shows what the source publishes.
Moderation
If a community report or comment should not be public, use the report action on the item itself. That routes it straight to the moderation queue with the context attached.
Data sources
Questions about a dataset, its reuse basis or its attribution are answered on the data sources & rights page. If something there is out of date, let us know.
